Nancy Snell, CEC, ACC is a certified professional business coach specializing in adult ADD and workplace issues. Her clients are highly functioning, successful adults who routinely struggle with ‘ADD- like’ issues (such as procrastination, managing frustration, perpetual overwhelm) and often feel like they can’t quite seem to get their act together, even though all they do is try!
Drawing from many years and wide range of business and life experience, Nancy approaches each and every client with unparalleled vision and personalized attention. She believes that wellbeing matters and is the ultimate goal we all seek.
I will always:
-
Tell you the truth
-
Offer objectivity, insight and perspective
-
Insist that you be accountable
-
Listen to what you are saying ( and NOT saying)
-
Encourage you to set realistic sights, explore bigger possibilities, overcome barriers and achieve great success and satisfaction in any area of work or life.
-
Keep you focused in order to produce results more quickly
-
Develop ongoing action plans and strategies with you
-
Ask you to do more that you may have done on your own. I ask a lot, expect a lot and as a result, my clients achieve a lot.
- Provide you with the tools, support and structure to accomplish more.

"Working with Nancy has made ALL the difference in my life. I first hired her because I continually felt like I was ‘going in circles’ – no matter how hard I tried. (This is a big admission for a professional organizer).
"One of the most amazing things I have gotten through the coaching process is a newfound ability to be decisive and sustain attention.
Nancy is the best."
